Why bother? Why try? What is the point? We are born. We live and then we die. What is the meaning to all this trying and crying and dying? We don’t seem to make any progress? People are at each other’s throats and for what? A bigger piece of the pie, more toys, more, more, more? What if, we were able to find peace with what is? Just this, not that, or that, but just this? No tribes, no borders, no political parties, no religions, no hierarchies. There would be no inequality. No birth rites everyone would start from the starting point. What is – is that we are not born equal. Some are born on third base and they think they hit a triple. What does self-made mean? Does anyone really come from nothing and climb the heights that do not turn around and help others up? Yes. But that is the exception, not the rule.
